This seems to be a very relaxing and helpful guide to move through labor with

Husband and I took a hypno-birthing class to prepare for our first child and I feel like this app will be a great support as we get ready to welcome our second little one. Excited to see how it works.

While I dont think this app should replace the job of a face-to-face doula, I think this is a great idea for mums in early labour to rest on their own OR when circumstances completely prevent them from being able to access doula care.

Love the calming voice and music used

This Doula app is so very calming and Ive enjoyed it during the last few days of my pregnancy. I lay down & turn it on to practice deep breathing and I feel like falling asleep, love it! As a doula myself I highly recommend this to everyone (even not pregnant) to find your inner peace & just enjoy the moment
