Its a great app!!!

I absolutely love this app, it is truly a life saver when it comes to controlling your breathing and getting your mind to focus on all the positive aspects of birth instead of the pain your experiencing. It is so helpful during early contractions 🙌🏾

I want to pay for it for when my 2nd baby comes but it would be helpful if it gave the option of having the voice be continuous instead of having to press it every time to hear the coaching. With my first pregnancy I didn’t think of even having my phone near me from the pain so I know it’ll be a challenge trying to be attentive to pressing the voice button continuously

This app has prepared me beyond what I expected ! I hope to use it again for future births

I love the soft voice. In my last trimester and this is great for meditation

Good app for a free download. I also like that it asks for no personal information! So rare these days. I used it in association with the birth of my last child and thought it was helpful.

It’s an awesome app but you either have to buy their features or do what they require in order to access certain things for free. Like invite friends or like their FB page etc.

Ok for what it offers for free. Would be better if all the in purchase things were offered too

Very calming and soothing

Really a phenomenal app, when pain hits and you have the thought to panic, it’s comforting to hear the doula in the app remind you to breathe, to relax! It helps a lot!!

Very calming and helpful

Love this app. Easy to use

Show your partner how to use it. It was super hard to do it in the midst of contractions. The app did help me calm down and direct me into allowing my body to bring my baby forth. Definitely great help

This app is a great addition to the tools every mama should consider for her birth. We all know we should be breathing in the moment, but it doesn’t always happen when we have our own voice battling our calm state. This app serves as a gentle reminder to maintain the state that is natural to you!
